Ingredients

Veg oil for brushing
2 ready avocados, generally slashed
Juice 1 lime
Little bundle coriander, leaves finely cleaved
Squeeze bean stew pieces (discretionary)
4 burger buns, toasted
4 tbsp mayonnaise
8 butterhead lettuce leaves
8 thick tomato cuts
Salted red onions (see Expertise)
80g feta cheddar

Heat a furrowed iron container or set up a grill for high direct intensity. Brush the burgers with oil and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through and all around seared.

While the burgers are cooking, put the avocado in a little bowl and generally crush with the lime juice, coriander, stew chips (if utilizing) and a decent touch of salt.
